Architects Fees
Capital A have two separate pricing structures to suit the needs of different clients:
A Fixed Price Fee is available to clients who prefer to allow us to take the lead in designing and building their project for them. A Fixed Price Fee gives the client comfort that their project is being managed professionally and that costs will not spiral. For details, please see the Fixed Price Fees page.
An Hourly Fee of £50 is suited to clients who prefer to be involved in the day-to-day running of their project. An Hourly Fee gives the client the freedom to work at their own pace and use our services when they need us most. For details, please see the Hourly Fees page.

At present, VAT does not apply to the fees charged by Capital A.
