The Architects Fees for Capital A depend on the type and size of your project.

 

An Hourly Rate of £50 is charged for all Renovation projects and any Extension, Attic or Garage Conversions with a construction budget under £70,000. Please see our guide to House Extension Costs for details.

 

A Lump-Sum is charged for any large Extension or New-Build House with a construction budget over £70,000. Please see our guide to lump-sum Architects Fees for details.
