The Architects Fees for Capital A can be calculated in three different ways;
1. An Hourly Rate of £40: This is charged for preparing feasibility studies.and for any project with a construction budget less than £20,000
2. A Full Appointment: This is where Capital A take care of EVERYTHING; before, during and after construction. This is a guide to our Architects Fees for a full appointment.
3. A Limited Appointment: This is where Capital A typically provide just Planning and Building Warrant drawings, but have no involvement during construction. This is a guide to our Architects Fees for a limited appointment.
