Renovation of Listed Townhouse, Alloa

This Grade B Listed Townhouse dates from the late 19th Century. My client purchased the top two floor, with Planning Permission to sub-divide into three separate flats. Capital A Architecture Ltd. acted as a consultant for the developer, and lodged a successful Building Warrant and made several amendments to the Historic interior, which required careful negotiation with Historic Scotland.

The Renovation was complete in April 2010.
