Renovation of a Listed House, Edinburgh

This  Grade B Listed house is in the Viewforth area of Edinburgh. The house, which hadn't be occupied for some time, was purchased in early 2010. The client wanted to carry out significant internal and external alterations as quickly as possible, so they could begin living in the house.

 

To make progress as quickly as possible, Capital A lodged Planning, Listed Building and Building Warrant Applications simultaneously. These were all granted in lass than three months, something of a record.
