House On A Hill, Inverkeithing

Capital A designed this house on a hill overlooking Inverkeithing, in South Fife. The site has a spectacular view East, over the Firth of Forth, with Edinburgh Castle visible on a clear day. The house sits adjacent to a Victorian villa on the North and a series of modern  two storey dwellings to the South. The 3D animation shows an early feasibility study Capital A prepared for the client, the images and drawings show the final design of the house.

A planning application for the house was lodged in late March 2009 and granted in June  2010.
