Hourly Fees
Capital A can charge an Hourly Rate of £50 for all types of project. This approach suits clients who want to be deeply involved with managing their own project and prefer to use their Architect as and when they require.
Clients who prefer the more traditional approach, where the Architect is the lead consultant, are encouraged to consider a Fixed Price Fee
Capital A will work in blocks of 10 hours at a time, so that costs don’t spiral and will issue invoices monthly, along with a time-sheet that itemise the costs.
The table here shows the range of hours that are likely at each stage and for various types of project.

Please note that the time and fees listed here are only for Architectural services.
All projects will incur fees from other Consultants, such as Structural Engineers, as well as Application Fees from Local Authorities, for Planning / Warrant Applications.
