Capital A require two criteria be met before committing to a Fixed Price Fee;

A realistic construction budget must be agreed at the outset.

The client must give Capital A full control of the project from the Feasibility Stage onwards.

If the budget is unknown at the outset, Capital A are happy to work on a Hourly Fee until it is established. A Fixed Price Fee can then be charged for all remaining stages of the project.

The table below shows the fees that are charged at each stage and for various types of project. For example, the Feasibility Study for a New House would cost £3,500.

Please note that the time and fees listed here are only for Architectural services.

All projects will incur fees from other Consultants, such as Structural Engineers, as well as Application Fees from Local Authorities, for Planning / Warrant Applications.
