Feasibility Study
Capital A Architecture Ltd. provide a feasibility study service that helps you see the potential in your existing property. First we carry out a survey of your current home and produce drawings of the existing property. Once the survey is complete, we can set out the steps necessary to achieve the increase in space.
If you have a plot of land and want to explore its potential, capital A can also provide feasibility studies for property developers.
The fee for preparing feasibility studies is charged at an Hourly Rate. For a typical house extension, It takes between 4 to 8 hours to produce the first option and between 2 and 6 hours for each subsequent option.
Please be aware that feasibility studies for new-build houses take significantly longer than those for house extensions.
