Feasibility Study
Capital A provide a feasibility study service that helps you see all the options available and offers professional advice on how to achieve them.
Once the survey is complete, we can set out the steps necessary to achieve your design.
At this stage it is possible to have the design priced by a Quantity Surveyor for about £200. This will give you confidence to proceed with the project or to reduce the specification and its costs.
Finally, once costs have been agreed, Capital A will carry out a Pre-Application Discussion with your local Planning Department. This will establish the view of the planners on our proposal and allow us to make any changes, before we lodge a Planning Application.
