Capital A free prize draw terms & conditions.

The draw is being operated by Capital A Architecture Ltd, 84 The Murrays, Edinburgh EH17 8UP

1.TO ENTER
Every individual who answers and submits the Capital A Customer Survey – Spring 2012 (and who fulfils the eligibility criteria stated in 2. below) will automatically be entered into a draw to receive the prize. There is no charge to enter.

By submitting a response to the survey, it will be assumed that you wish to be entered into the draw, and in doing so are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules. If you do not wish to enter, please notify Capital A in writing at project@capitalA.co.uk or at the above address.

2.ELIGIBILITY
Every participant in the survey who answers every question asked will be eligible to take part in the prize draw.

There is a limit of one entry per address. Capital A reserves the right to decline entry to any unauthorized respondents.

All individuals participating must be of age 18 or over. All individual participating must submit a valid postal address in the United Kingdon. Entries from outside The UK will not be accepted.

The survey may only be completed online and no alternative means of completing the survey will be offered.

A survey must contain an answer to all questions to qualify for entry.

Survey responses must be received no later than 9am on the last day of each calendar month.

3.TO WIN
The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries. The first name drawn will be the winner. The draw will be held at 9am on the first calendar day of each month. This will be a final decision.

Should unforeseen circumstances prevent the draw from taking place on that day, it will be made at the first opportunity thereafter.

If the winner cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made by Capital A, that person will forego the right to claim the prize, and a second name will be drawn at random and declared the winner.

 

 

 

 

 

4.THE PRIZE
One prize will be offered: a voucher valid at John Lewis to the value of no more than £20.00. No alternative prize, or cash alternative will be offered. The prize includes delivery to the winners address by Royal Mail.

5.WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The winner will be notified by e-mail in within 7 days of the draw. The prize will be dispatched to the winner as soon as practicable, and within 6 weeks of the winner being notified.

6.WINNER PUBLICITY
Entrants accept that, if they win, Capital A reserves the right to publish the name and general location of the winner in its future promotions, without additional permission.
7.WINNING ENTRY DETAILS
The name and location of the winner will be sent to anyone who writes within 3 months after the closing date, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, to the address given above, requesting details of the winner.
8.CANCELLATION

Capital A reserves the right to cancel the free prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.

9.QUERIES, COMPLAINTS & GOVERNING LAW

Any queries or complaints should be addressed to the Director at the above address, whose decision will be final. These rules are governed by Scottish law.

10.YOUR DATA
Capital A would like to keep entrants informed of its products and services by mail, email and/or telephone. Please contact Capital A at the details given above if you do not wish to receive further promotional mail, e-mail or telephone communications.
