Capital A Architectural Design is owned and run as a sole practice by Níall Hedderman, an Architect in Edinburgh.

 

Niall is a fully qualified Architect who trained at Dundee University. His training  focused on designing buildings that are elegant, sustainable and contemporary. Niall is regulated by the Architects Registration Board. Niall is also a Chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects.

 

Niall has been in Edinburgh for over six years, working at a number of Architects practices in the city. He gained experience working on projects in a variety of sectors, from schools and healthcare, to commercial offices and listed buildings. Niall's main area of expertise is domestic housing, both one-off dwellings and medium to large scale developments. Niall has worked with a variety of clients from both the public and private sectors, from volume house builders to private clients.

 

Capital A is based in Edinburgh and is involved in domestic residential projects in East-Central Scotland. Whether you want a new home design or to extend your existing house, capital A can help. Capital A produce designs that are contemporary in style and look to the past, as well as to the future, for inspiration. Capital A are also experienced in renovating listed buildings and are keen to preserve and enhance Scotland's architectural heritage.
